How we use your details

Roadmaster collects your name, contact details, date of birth, driver licence details and the photos of your licence to verify your identity and driving entitlement and to keep the heavy-vehicle safety and Chain of Responsibility records we’re required to hold. Location is recorded when you submit checks from a vehicle. We hold this securely, share it only where needed for those purposes, and you can ask to see or correct it any time.
